How do I Visit an Inmate in Grand Forks Jail?

To visit an inmate at the Grand Forks County Jail, visitors have to register and request approval at least a day before. Approval of visitation requests takes 24 hours. Registration is done in two ways:

Where and How to Get Grand Forks Birth Records

North Dakota birth records can be obtained through three different means: by requesting the records in person, by requesting them via mail, or by checking through the North Dakota Department of Health's official web app. The Division of Vital Records in the North Dakota Department of Health maintains strict walk-in hours, and individuals are allowed for walk-in visits between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. The North Dakota Division of Vital Records maintains and keeps all death records for the state. Death records can be obtained in one of three ways: by visiting the Division of Vital Records in person, sending a mail request to the Division of Vital Records, or searching through the North Dakota official web app. Depending on the request made, the North Dakota Division of Vital Records provides three different types of death records:
