NOTE - To get records, Walsh County requesters must adhere to several rules. The office has opening times of 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to get hold of reports, they must bring some form of photo identification. Both driver's licenses and state IDs would suffice. Walsh County insists upon public record applications being put in writing.
