Nonetheless, every record comes at a cost, as it takes both times to source the records and resources to print them. First copies of birth records cost $7 in Foster County. First copies of death records cost $7.

NOTE - To get records, Foster County requesters must follow several rules. Foster County requesters must purchase records between 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday.
