NOTE - To get records, Sargent County requesters must follow several rules. The office is only open between 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m and 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. Photo ID is needed to attain records in Sargent County. Photo ID could be a driver's license or state ID. In Sargent County, a requester must also put their public record requests in writing.
