The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to get files, they must bring some form of photo identification. Examples contain state IDs or driver's licenses. A requester must also put their public record requests in writing in Grant County.
